Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

We ship all orders with tracking through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Tracking information will be provided by email as soon as your order ships.

All trading card products are carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit. Booster packs, boxes, and collectibles are shipped with extra protection, and larger orders may be packed in additional boxes or padding.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Lexi TCG Store is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original condition.

For collectible protection reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened booster packs or boxes
• Trading cards removed from sealed products
• Mystery products
• Final sale or clearance items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
