If your order is canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Lexi TCG Store does not store your complete payment information.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once an order has shipped, Lexi TCG Store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items in their original condition.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Mystery products

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

7. Product Condition

Trading card products may include factory imperfections such as minor packaging wear, loose shrink wrap, or small dents that do not affect the contents. These conditions are common in collectible products and do not qualify as damage.

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, images, and designs, is the property of Lexi TCG Store unless otherwise stated.
